Biography
Marilyn Marbella is an Educational Specialist student in the School Psychology area within the Department of Educational Psychology. Before returning to grad school, she worked in outdoor education in the Santa Cruz mountains in California and North Cascades National Park in Washington state, where she was able to mix her love for the outdoors and SEL to create powerful experiences in nature for diverse children and adolescents.

B.S. in Human Development and minor in Technology Management at UC Davis
Research Interests
Marilyn is a Project SPACE Scholar, which makes her passionate about de-stigmatizing mental health across cultures and providing equitable mental health services for all youth. Her research interests include building resilience, fostering an inclusive school climate, and supporting students with ADHD.
