- Psychoeducational Evaluation: $600
- Preschool and Private School Admissions Assessment: $200
- Intervention Services (Individual or Group): $20/session
- Parent Training/Consultation: $20/session
- School Consultation: $250 for consultation with school professionals is provided on a limited basis of up to two meetings per year. For ongoing consultations or more than two meetings per year, the cost is $400.
*A 25% discount is applied to all services for current UW faculty, staff and students.
